Heaven Can Wait Animal Society announces Gimme Shelter benefit featuring Grammy Award-winner Skip Martin

Heaven Can Wait Animal Society, the vendors of The Village Lake Las Vegas and beyond, as well as animal lovers near and far.
WHAT:
Gimme Shelter is a live outdoor concert fundraiser at The Village Lake Las Vegas featuring Grammy award-winner Skip Martin. Martin, best known as a former lead singer of Kool & the Gang, will be performing his hits and more. The evening kicks off with a special performance by U2 tribute Band, Arms of America.
A great night of live music in the beautiful lakeside village makes it an affordable, fun and entertaining night for the whole family.
Drink specials will be offered and the shops and restaurants at The Village Lake Las Vegas will be open for pre- and post-show shopping and dining. In addition to the unique retail stores in The Village, outside vendors from the community will line the cobblestone streets.

COST:
General admission tickets are available for just $20. VIP Lounge tickets are available for $40 and include access to a private bar. For all guests, drink specials will be offered and the shops and restaurants at The Village Lake Las Vegas, and from around the community, will be open for pre- and post-show shopping and dining.

ABOUT HEAVEN CAN WAIT ANIMAL SOCIETY:
Heaven Can Wait Animal Society, a non-profit 501 (c)(3) animal humane organization, was formed in 2000 by a group of five concerned citizens with the idea of building a beautiful 20 acre sanctuary to house all of the unwanted animals in our community. In the meantime, though, animals were, and still are, dying at rate of around 30,000 per year in our local shelters with even more just dying in the streets. Therefore, the non-profit decided to refocus their efforts slightly away from rescue and more toward promoting spay/neuter as the solution to the tragic pet overpopulation problem in Las Vegas.
